[nfbwatlk] Update on Norm Larkin

Norm has 17 days remaining in the convalescence home and then he can return
to his own apartmen. He is slowly learning to use a walker. It will be
sometime before he will be able to put much weight on his left leg. After
the walker, he will need to use a support cane.  It will take some doing to
use a support cane and a white cane at the same time. He still has a long
rehab time ahead of him.
