Alco,

SA is System Access. You can learn more about SA by visiting 
http://www.serotek.com and clicking on their software solutions link 
from their main page. HID is "human interface device" which allows mice 
and other USB type devices to just plug in and work on your computer. 
If there are drivers, windows finds and downloads them immediately.
