Er, um, Senator Brown is a "she"; her first name is Lisa. It is, indeed, a 
good sign that she is working diligently to see that WTBBL is fully funded. 
Being Majority Leader in the Senate, she has quite a bit to say about what 
goes down in the budget.

I will feel a bit more comfortable, however, when I hear something official 
from Sam Reed's office.
