Those in the Community with a Disability! 

King County Public Health is interested in hearing your opinions! The Alliance is administering several Focus Groups and an online survey for Public Health Seattle King County on the effectiveness of how YOU receive health updates and information. 

Focus Groups are happening this week.

Sign-ups are being taken for Focus Group participants in Seattle and Redmond! 

**Group #1: is on Wednesday, June 2 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Alliance Main office at 4649 Sunnyside Ave. NE.**

**Group #2 will be Thursday, June 3 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in Redmond at the Family Resource Center in the Baker-Adams Room, next to the Alliance Eastside Office, 16315 NE 87th Street, Redmond, Building B.** 

**Group #3 will be Wednesday, June 9 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Hearing Speech and Deafness Center, 1625 19th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122** 

**Group #4 will be Monday, June 14 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the 2100 Building in South Seattle, 2100 24th Avenue South,
Seattle, WA 98144-4637**  

All participants will recieve a $25 thank-you for your time. Light refreshments will be provided.
