> A BA or BS degree is required, a Masters degree preferred
> 10-15 years proven major donor, grants, annual fund, and planned giving
> experience
> Experience managing fund development team of 3-6 staff
> Communications and marketing experience a plus
> Capital campaign experience
> Knowledge of ASL or foreign language or willingness to learn
> Experience working with diverse groups and people with disabilities
> Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends
> Ability to travel
> Willingness to be on call for staff management
> Willingness to serve on additional internal LH committees as needed
> Enthusiasm to communicate case statement and giving need to internal and
> external community
> Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
> Experience with RE7
