[nfbwatlk] message might be spam?

I don't know if everybody in this mailing list has gotten a message that has
no subject in the subject line, and is from some sender called
"time2chat2you" or something @yahoo.com. It contains a link, and I don't
know , maybe that might be spam. The message contains the [nfbWaTlk] prefix
on the subject line, which is the prefix from the NFB of Washington Mailing
list. That is why I'm curious if you got the message. If so, how should we
stop this?

Sincerely, Humberto

P.S. Please consider the environment before printing this email.
