Actually, when I called last week, the reader advisor I talked with said that it might be a corrupted NLS file.  He said I should make sure it wasn't my chip, and notify the contact E-mail address at NLS.

I'd take that drink!  But I guess it's a push.

Have not had that particular problem, Ben, and I am a big user of the NLS BARD website.  I bet, though, if you contact the WTBBL about the problem,  you will be told that it is a problem on your end, not a problem with the book.  Will you take abet of buying a drink at the state convention?

Anyone had a problem similar to this:  I have downloaded a couple of books from the NLS web site to a chip on the VR stream.  About two thirds of the way through the book, I get a message saying, "audio unavailable", then, something like,  "media error 5."  Can anyone explain this?  I have deleted the book, and tried downloading it again, but the same thing happens.  Are these problems with my chip, or with NLS's uploading them?  If its my chip, wonder why I can get other books to load and play successfully on the same chip.
