[nfbwatlk] books featuring blind character

I checked on the NLS web site and discovered that the first two are in
process as audio recordings.

The Ft. Vancouver Regional Library has just added 3 books to their
collection, which feature  a main character who is blind.  The main
character is portrayed in a positive light.  The books are Adventures of
Abby Diamond, Adventures of Abby D iamond Out of Sight, and Abby Diamond's
Diamond in the Rough all by author, Kristie Smith-Armand.   If your library
doesn't have these books you can request they purchase them for their
collection.
