Indeed, Andy was a staunch Federationist.  He was a long time member and contributor to the Resolutions committee, all during the seventies, eighties, nineties, and even, I believe through 2000.  You always knew where he stood on NFB issues, and he was always ready to talk and yes, even mentor those newer members and conventioneers.

Andy will certainly be remembered and missed.

I remember Andy as always being willing to do whatever was needed to help blind people. He was a religiously devout person. He will be greatly missed by all who new him.
