I am pleased to announce that Gary Mackenstadt has negotiated and signed the
contract for the NFB of Washington 2012 and 2013 conventions. These will
take place in the Holiday Inn Downtown Everett where we've had several
conventions in the past.

 

The dates of the 2012 convention are October 21-23. Room rates will be
$89.00 plus tax per night for singles, doubles and triples. There will be
two meals provided - the traditional dinner for the NFB of Washington Board
of Directors and other interested persons on Friday evening (the Board of
Directors meeting takes place during this dinner) and the Saturday evening
banquet. There is a free breakfast buffet for hotel guests.

 

The hotel is now providing transportation to the hotel from destinations
within an eight-mile radius so people can be picked up at the bus or train
stations.

Start saving your sheckles. You won't want to miss the convention. Perhaps
we can reorganize a student division again during the convention.
