Oh yes, bottled propane.  That stuff!  We use it all the time 
here in southern Cal.  But this stove is one of those ones that 
you have to light the pilot light every time you cook.  I'm 
terrified of lighting things, so it ain't happenin.  Here I 
microwave, or use our small convectionsttoaster oven to cook.  
Otherwise, Craig does it.  He's a better cook than I am, anyway.
