NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING



Patron Advisory Council (PAC) of the Washington Talking Book & Braille Library 



Saturday, October 8, 2011

What is the purpose of the Council meeting?



Patron Advisory Council meetings are held three times a year to conduct PAC business.

The agenda begins with a report from WTBBL Director, Danielle Miller, followed by a report from Acting State Librarian, 
Rand Simmons.  After these reports, the meeting will be open for public participation.  Agenda is attached in a word 
document.



How can I participate?



The public is encouraged to attend in person or participate via teleconference. For those participating via teleconference, 
please call 1-800-920-7487 and use pin 39258344# to connect to the meeting. Once connected be sure to announce yourself. 
Participants will be asked to hold comment until "Public Comment." Public Comment is specifically designed to allow for the 
public to ask questions or make comment regarding agenda topics or the Washington Talking Book & Braille Library in 
general.
