The lab I went to was great.  The guy there said I fell under the 
category of insomnia, which has lots of causes.  He said that he 
had heard about the circadian rhythm ding but he didn't know 
enough about it to say for sure.   Actually he was really happy 
working with me because there was an older lady there who was 
very needy and wanted lots of help with finding Tv channels, etc.  
Strapped to all those machines was like being in some sort of 
space lab.  Lol.  I must say I was happy to get unwired from all 
that stuff in the morning.  Lol.    Peace,    Debby
