She says she is willing to except them on Friday. 

Also, if you want to put braille labels on them that's great, but if you don't , don't worry about it.

I have several items to donate to the raffle at the state convention.  Who do I give them to?  Can I ask if the person in charge of the raffle in sighted or not?  I don't remember how the raffle works.  Is a name called and you are just given an item or does the winner get to select what they want from all the prizes?  Do you need the items on Friday or Saturday?
