Hi Julie and Listers,

The auction 	will be on Saturday evening, after the banquet.  Your gift basket is a welcome addition.  If it is convenient, you can bring it on Saturday to the convention session room, and we'll put it with other items brought there.  A Braille tag would be helpful so we can accurately identify it with a good value.  

See you there.  Anyone else with auction items is encouraged.

I have a gift basket I'd like to donate to the auction at the state convention.  Can someone please tell me what I do with this.  Do I need to bring it on Friday?  On Saturday?  Who do I give it to?  Do I need to have the items marked in Braille?  Do I need to provide a price value?
