Hi, Debbie!
The answers are easy: NO and NO. The contest is open to all regardless of organizational status. Likewise, refreshable Braille is just fine as long as you can figure out how many pages you're reading. Contest rules should discuss this.
Have fun!

> Hi, I have a couple questions and perhaps someone can answer them. First, do you have to be an NFB member to compete in the adult contest? Second, I read a lot of Braille through Bookshare, does only hard copy Braille count? I mean, I read hardcopy Braille books too, but because of being out and about a lot, I tend to do a ton of reading using my BrailleNote. Thanks, DEBBY
