Hi Mike, I think it's a great idea.  For instance, though I'm 
close to Spokane, right now we are like two hours away, so going 
to Inland Empire Chapter meetings won't always work well for me.  
(I know, I'll be in Colorado for a time) but if there are others 
like me who can't participate in a local chapter it would be a 
great way to learn more about Federationism, and also to get to 
know others in the state.    Peace,    Debby
