Just as I figured, the state will always take the option that 
will shove a lot of poor people out of getting medical care.  I 
heard something the other day that tetally blew me away but now I 
see the sense in what this guy said.  Insurance companies, 
whether they are private or assisted by governments don't really 
want to prevent illness.  If they did they would pay for 
preventative medicine.  They really want people to die.  AND hey, 
people who have to have Medicaid probably aren't "productive" 
members of society anyway.  Sorry, all this stuff just brings out 
my sarcasm.    Debby
