I have not encountered this problem. I updated my BrailleSensePLUS after saving everything to external SD cards and a USB thumb drive. I reformatted Flash so as to set up the system for the NLS keys. Then I transferred my files back (including email) and had no trouble reading everything. I'm not saying the warning below is false; I merely observe that I did not encounter it. I updated my BSP yesterday.
