So, Humberto what is it that you need to do to qualify?  You are 
a resident of Washington State, right?  I'M not sure why you 
wouldn't qualify.  But I don't know many things, so I guess I 
can't answer your questions.  As far as the OTC, I've heard mixed 
stuff, and you know people have to decide what they want to do 
and where they want to go.  The Colorado Center and the Louisiana 
Center and there's also one in Minnesota have great programs, 
too.  Those three centers are NFB centers, as opposed to the OTC, 
which is run by DSB.  Good luck to you as you work on figuring
