I don't mind answering except that this has been resolved because 
I will be getting an electronic copy of the handbook, and it 
wasn't her fault.  She had put a note in the request for 
information, it was a mistake on the part of folks at the OTC, so 
I'm not sure that including her name at this point is helpful.  
She did what I asked of her.  i , and respect her very much, and 
she has always been above board and honest with me.    Peace,
