I pay ten dollars an hour, also. But one of our driver readers won't let me
pay her if I buy her lunch, help with gass etc.  So talk it over as I am a
firm believer in bardering.

I pay $10 per hour. I am also from the east coast though, and the minimum
wage is still widely $7.25. so I might pay a little more in Washington. If
it is their first time, I'd say $10, but if they read for you for a while,
I'd do $11 or $12.
