But I believe there was another resolution with a do not pass, 
which was discussed.  And I was stunned by the callous, to me 
anyway, comments of the ACB President.  And not a soul said 
anything to contradict him.  Of course, by that time more was 
apparent to me that there would have been no further debate.  And 
I suppose under Parliamentary procedure that was as it should be, 
but his comments stunned me.    Peace,    Debby
