Hi Lauren, actually it's a little more nuanced than that.  There 
was a discussion several months ago on the WCB list about this 
issue.  There were actually mixed responses.  I'm really not sure 
why no one spoke up at the convention.  It surprised and shocked 
me.  I had been involved in ACB since the 1980s, served on the 
Board of Directors both in Oregon and Washington and am currently 
president of the guide dog user group, Guide Dogs of Washington 
State, (though since I publicly declared on the WCB list that I 
would be leaving WCB that might not be for too long.  [Although 
WCB has no such policy, I don't believe.  There are perhaps 
people in the leadership of ACB who don't want this issue 
discussed.  That very well could be true.  Will there be a 
resolution at the ACB convention next year?  Yup, I bet there
