Fellow Federationists and friends:

 

I'm pleased to announce that Patty Chang, member of the NFB Board of
Directors and President of the NFB of Illinois, will be our national
representative this year. It will be the first time we've had her as a
national rep and I'm sure she will make sterling presentations.
