Whenever I've had to wait for results from an x ray, it is 
because they were waiting for the radiologist's report.  And 
techs seem to operate the x ray and MRI equipment.  The techs 
always tell me they have to wait for the radiologist to read the 
x rays.  I'm all for blind folks doing whatever, just so long as 
doing so doesn't endanger other folks, and I'm sorry but that 
radiologist should have given up his practice long ago.  It's 
classic denial of a visual impairment.    Peace,    Debby
