[nfbwatlk] Caller ID Devices

You can go to the Sight Connections website or to a local Wal-Mart. Sight
Connections has a device that can store 100 calls and repeat the number to
you. The downsides are: price, the device is pretty loud, and it doesn't
read the name of the caller. If you go to ?Wal-Mart you might find a phone
with talking caller ID for less money.

Subject: [nfbwatlk] Caller ID Devices
Hi there,
I know I posted a message on one list a few days ago but really didn't get
many answers.
Basically, I'd like to ask if anyone knows where I can get and buy a good
and somewhat accessible Talking Caller ID unit. I found one, but it only
speaks the number once but doesn't store numbers for later recall. I'm
hoping I can find a unit that will work with my already existing phone
system.
Thoughts or ideas?
JP
