Wow, sounds like fun, though.  I am drinking out of a mug that I 
painted a couple summers ago, maybe three summers ago.  I didn't 
think I'd enjoy doing it, but I really did.  The feel and texture 
before I painted the mug, and then afterward was so cool.  At 
some point, I'd like to do more with clay.  I actually made a 
little figurine back in the 80s of my first dog Maxy.  Wow, I'd 
forgotten about that.  Maybe I'm not such a dud when it comes to
