Colleagues: 
S-346 is our bill to grant service -disabled veterans the right to free air travel on a space -available basis as military retirees now may do. Washington is now one of the states with both senators on board. Kudos to all for this accomplishment. Onward and upward! We are changing what it means to be blind!
