Michael, I should have figured you had nothing to do with this insulting announcement.

I publicly apologize to you. But please please read stuff before you send. But Yang-Su might be your immediate boss. Then you are put in quite a circumstance, sorry.

Stand proud Michael,

Becky and Jake extending a paw of friendship

Becky and NFBW listers,

First, let me apologize. As a Blind adult I find the remarks to be insulting and confusing. I did not read the announcement before forwarding to the list, I am not involved with this program and, should I have read it first, I would not have forwarded it on to the list.

After discussing this with Yang-Su, I believe his intent was to ask that youth who are under 18 have a guardian attend with them for liability reasons.

I am copying Michael MacKillop, Assistant Director – Customer Services on this note, I would suggest you contact him if you have any feedback on this program. His email address is: <mailto:Michael.mackillop at dsb.wa.gov> Michael.mackillop at dsb.wa.gov and his telephone number is: 206-906-5520

If you would like to discuss this with me, feel free to reply to <mailto:mike at mello.com> mike at mello.com or call me at 208-301-0565

Thank you.

Michael Mello | 1st Vice-President, NFB of Washington
