I could write a book on how it is handled or not handled in WA. I am going
on ten months waiting for a computer from this program. I was evaluated in
February 2013. I had this old lady computer for six years and have had it
fixed three four times. So yes, I truly need a new one to communicate, sy.

Most deaf blind in other States have only a two three month wait after
evaluation. It isn't working wel in Washington. Be so glad people you do
not have to deal with the Offfice of the deaf in Washington.

I filed a complaint which did nothing, apparently, in September. I can get
that exact date as I saved everything in my husband cloud thing.
