Update from the Secretary of State: 

. October 7 is the deadline for voter registration, address change and other
updates. 

. Accessible formats (audio, plain text and Word document) of the Voters'
Pamphlets are available at  <http://www.vote.wa.gov/accessible>
www.vote.wa.gov/accessible.

. October 18 is the start of the 18-day voting period (through Election
Day). Ballots are mailed out and Accessible Voting Units (AVUs) are
available at voting centers.
