[nfbwatlk] BARD down?

Insofar as I can tell, BARD is up and running normally. You won't see any
new books or magazines added till the shutdown is over.

Hey! At least the site is up. I'd like to have been a mouse in the corner
and eavesdropped on the back-and-forth which led to BARD being reactivated.
