Well, let me see.  On the one side, I sure agree that blind folks 
have the same right to carry guns as anybody else.  On the other 
side, do I really want to be in a situation where a blind person 
is carrying a weapon in public? Not so sure.  Have lots of 
questions and concerns about that.    Debby
