[nfbwatlk] Why do People Do these things? Beats Me

Ugh I hate the honkers soooo much! Folks who honk at me because I'm a
millimeter out of the crosswalk or because they think I'm standing too
close to the curb waiting for the light to change, etc. Terrifying,
unnecessary and counter-productive!
