Just a note to those who still enjoy listening to the radio reading
service .  

After experiencing a major hardware failure in December which caused
many of my favorite programs to repeat rather than periodically update,
full automation was restored yesterday and updated programs are now
being broadcast again.   

Although Evergreen radio Reading Service is no longer a Library program
that enjoys a funded full time staff it persists through the dedication
of hourly staff support  and the work of the many volunteers who
continue to read the daily paper and weekly store  advertising and, of
course,, Sports Clips.  You can still listen  if you have a SCA modified
radio receiver but it is also available  streamed on the internet.  You
can search for wtbbl in your web  browser or listen via a  smart phone
app such as iblink radio.
