Thanks so much! Our Tomcat didn't like the bell, but he never 
tried to take it off.  We'll just have to try and keep this 
little guy in.  According to the adoption stuff we got, he's 
never been outside.  And right now I wouldn't want him to have 
his first trip out, as it's like 15 degrees here today.  I 
certainly hope that it's going to warm up a little today! Brr!
