[nfbwatlk] NFBW Board Meeting Postponement

Normally, the NFB of Washington Board of Directors holds a conference call
the first Sunday evening of the month. However, several individuals have
lobbied me to postpone the meeting until the evening of the second Sunday in
February since the first sunday of the month is Superbowl Sunday. Hence, we
won't hold a board meeting on February 2.
