2 Peer Support Specialist Positions in Hoquiam:

BHR is looking for two peer support specialists to be a part of a new housing program designed to assist people with finding and/or maintaining housing within Grays Harbor County. Must have at minimum a high school diploma and knowledge of recovery principles for assisting adults who are experiencing symptoms of mental illness. State of WA certification as a Certified Peer Counselor is required. Applicants must have the skills and competence to establish supportive and trusting relationships with clients and must have the ability to teach daily living, social, and recovery skills, and be able to appropriately document their services in compliance with BHR and state standards.
