Greetings,

We are conducting a study about different design practices and are
seeking people who use accessible technologies to serve as technology
experts and advisers for design students.

If you are blind or visually impaired, and
you use assistive or accessible technologies on a daily basis, you may
qualify for this study.

This study will consist of 3-5 focus group meetings of about 1-2 hours
each, which will take place over the course of the Fall quarter at the
University of Washington.

Currently, the dates we will meet are as follows. Except for the last
date, all sessions are on Wednesdays from 1:30 until 2:30.

10/15
10/29
11/5
11/19
and Monday, 12/8 for final presentations 10:30-12:20

We will compensate participants in this study at a rate of $20 per
hour of participation for the first 5 hours and $25 per hour for every
hour thereafter. We do not expect time commitments to exceed 25 hours
over the course of the quarter.

If you are interested in participating in this study, please contact
Cindy Bennett at bennec3 at cs.washington.edu for more information.

Thank you,
cindy Bennett
