[nfbwatlk] VR Stream question

Hi All,
Got a new VR Stream for Christmas (early), and I need help.  I am trying to set up newsline to read on the new unit. When I call newsline by phone everything is ok--my favorites work perfectly. When I import newsline content onto my Stream I get a different set of favorites, what am I doing wrong?
