Go King County Metro Request for Help:

King County Metro is improving audio bus stop announcements to better serve riders with disabilities and to better comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. In the coming months, we will begin phasing in on-board announcements at all stops and ensuring that external route and destination announcements are consistently made when buses pull into a bus stop that is served by more than one route. Metro is looking for participants to join an advisory group to test volume levels for the announcements. Participants will ride a bus and be outside the bus in various conditions to give feedback about announcement volumes.
