LighthouseApplicant Referral Bonus!

 

BeginningSeptember 12, 2015, any community member referring a person who is fully orlegally blind for employment at the Lighthouse may be eligible for a potential $250 Referral Bonus.

 

BONUS ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

 

If theapplicant referred is hired, completes 90 calendar days of employment, andlists the referring individual on their employment application along with theircontact information, a $250 referral bonusmay be paid out to the referrer after the initial 90 day employment period. The successful employee must provide on theapplication the contact information of the referrer at the time the employmentapplication is submitted. Referrernames andcontact information provided after the application is already received by theLighthouse are not eligible. Applications from Individualswho previously worked at the Seattle Lighthouse are not eligible for thisreferral bonus program. Only referrals for first-time employees qualify.
