[nfbwatlk] {Spam?} Hydroplane races

Hi Albert,

The hydroplane races do indeed still talk place on Lake Washington! This year’s events, the Albert Lee Cup, are on the weekend of August 6-7, with the final races on the 7th. I heard Pat O’Day on AM 880 KIXI. He said that KIXI would be the official radio station for the races. 

When I was an OTC student back in the day we got to go to Stan Sayers pits. We talked with some of the drivers and crew and were allowed to touch the big boats. Seafair has always been on of my favorite times!
