Subject: Reminder of Community Engagement Event -- Colman Dock Project -- Thursday, June 23, 2016
Hello!
If you plan to attend but have not RSVP'd, please do so!
You are receiving this email because of your interest or participation in events relating to public access especially for people with disabilities. Please feel free to forward this invitation to any groups that you are associated with that would benefit from participation.
Washington State Ferries would like to invite you to attend a community forum to learn more about the design for the Seattle Multimodal Terminal at Colman Dock Project<http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/projects/ferries/colmanmultimodalterminal/>. This project will replace the old and seismically vulnerable parts of Seattle's Colman Dock with construction scheduled to begin in summer 2017. Project elements include replacing the existing timber trestle with a new concrete and steel trestle, replacing the main terminal building and constructing a new entry building, elevated plaza and view platform.
This event will be geared toward customers with disabilities who use Colman Dock. The project team will provide a brief project overview with ample time available for discussion and questions afterwards. We look forward to your feedback as we finalize the design and plan for construction.
Event details:
