Hi!
I am sharing this invitation with you, as you have previously indicated
interest in emergency preparedness and/or communications issues. I am
currently recruiting for exercise participants - no special skills or
experience needed. I am especially interested in people with disabilities,
or those for whom English is not their first language. However, everyone is
encouraged to participate if interested!

Hello! Community Members Are Needed for Emergency Exercise - April 29th
WHO: All community members - especially people with
disabilities, and English language learners
WHAT: A fun emergency exercise!
WHERE: American Red Cross 1900 25th Ave. S. Seattle 98144
WHEN: Saturday, April 29th 8:30am - 12 Noon
WHY: Help neighbors practice assisting each other after an
emergency
We are looking for community members to participate in an emergency drill on
Saturday, April 29th, from 8:30 am to 12 Noon, at the American Red Cross
(1900 25th Ave. S. Seattle 98144). Volunteers will play members of a
community impacted by a major earthquake, as we practice how organized
neighbors will work together to assist each other. You do not have to have
any experience or specific skills; we are particularly interested in having
people with disabilities and people with limited English join us! Invite
your friends or family - anyone can participate (no makeup, blood, or wounds
involved).
