[NFBWATLK] free matter for the blind

Hi,

 

This afternoon a mail carrier informed our office staff that free matter for the blind had been changed and was no longer available. Because I was not in the office at the time to correct them, the office personnel paid, from their own pockets, the postage to mail the braille material. This is not okay. So, in case anyone does this to you, here is the pertinent info:
