Subject: Register Now! Art Beyond Sight Tours Wyeth
The next Art Beyond Sight tour of the Seattle Art Museum for visitors with low or no vision is on Saturday, November 18th at the Seattle Art Museum located at 1300 First Ave., Seattle 98101. The November 18th tour will include explore the special exhibition Andrew Wyeth: In Retrospect. This is the first of two tours of the special exhibition. Docents will be providing verbal descriptions of Winter, 1946; Miss Olson; Brown Swiss; and Adam. The December 6 tour of Andrew Wyeth: In Retrospect will look at different works. Please join us before the tour at 1 pm for light refreshments in Arnold Board Room. The tour starts at 1:30 pm and ends by 3 pm with opportunity for further conversation and refreshments afterward. To help with wayfinding, visitors will be greeted by docents at our main entrance, on the corner of First Ave. and Union St. This is an accessible entrance, which means that visitors taking ACCESS transportation or taxi can expect a drop off area and a ramp. If you are driving, this entrance is also where the parking garage elevator leads to.
