We need to call and send messages to Senator Maria Cantwell’s office today regarding the Senate version of the tax bill. She is a member of the Senate Finance Committee. Right now it does not have a separate Senate bill number and the bill summary does not say that the deduction for blind people is to be eliminated. Please keep the additional standard deduction for the blind as currently stated in the Senate version of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
 
Please offer an amendment to HR 1 providing for the Access Technology Affordability Act (S 732).
