[NFBWATlk] when, and where will my former state of Washington have their cargo set the 2019 national convention?

Hi, I am thinking about dropping him on the wall in Washington state 
during your caucus at the 2019 convention. A friend, suggested that I 
just break an interpreter because it would make things go substantially 
easier. So I’m writing to ask does anyone know when, and where the 
caucus will be this year? I’m just curious. I really meant what I said 
on Facebook about getting together with old friends, and making some new 
ones in Las Vegas.
